Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop daily.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connections and advocate empathy with residents.
• Contribute to an inclusive, positive team environment.
