Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for the 7:00pm–11:00pm shift in Columbia, MO. This part-time role emphasizes empathy, patient interaction, and supporting residents with daily activities. You will work with a compassionate team to promote residents’ comfort and independence.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess English communication and basic computer skills. The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a heart for elder care.

Formación

• Demonstrates empathy and strong communication with residents.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English clearly with residents.
• Proficient with printing, data entry, and basic computer tasks.
• Maintains physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shifts.
• Maintains a positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Support residents in mobility and daily routines, including sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Adhere to safety and care protocols to promote residents' comfort and independence.
• Contribute to an inclusive, positive environment and team collaboration.
