The Westbury in Columbia, MO is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities in a home-like environment. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule and opportunities to grow with a team that values empathy and connection.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care.
• Provide empathy and human connection with residents.
• Support residents during falls and mobility as needed.
• Enter resident information and print documents as required.
