The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters in Saint Peters, MO, is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Care Partner to support residents during the 7:00pm–7:00am shift. You will assist with daily living activities and help create a warm, empathetic community.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A criminal background check is required.

Qualifikationen

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about residents on a computer.
• Active throughout the shift with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Capacity to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to assist after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by engaging with residents and teammates.
• Be proactive in supporting residents and participating in development and training within the organization.
