The Westbury in Columbia, MO is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to join our team at 550 Stone Valley Parkway, Columbia, MO 65203. You will support residents with daily living activities in a home-like environment and provide compassionate, patient care.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, a positive attitude, physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and a background clearance.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections and advocate for empathy during interactions.
• Support residents with daily activities and participate in training and development within the organization.
