Job summary

Westbury Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You will work a full-time schedule, provide empathetic care, and help residents maintain independence in a home-like setting.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A positive, energetic attitude and computer skills are also important.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be physically active (standing/walking).
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and empathy to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
