Job summary

Trilith LIVE is seeking a 2nd Shift Campus Security Supervisor to oversee the Campus Security Officers on their shift and manage physical security systems across the Trilith LIVE campus.

The role ensures guest, staff, and property safety by maintaining high security standards, including shift briefings, incident documentation, and real-time dispatch support during events. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year college degree or combination of education/relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security, people management, facility protection, or related roles.
• Familiar with security systems such as CCTV and access control.
• Proven ability to lead or supervise part time staff.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers, ensuring consistent coverage and performance.
• Conduct shift briefings, ensuring all officers are prepared for their shift and receive any pass on information.
• Ensure compliance with venue safety and security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Receive/screen all radio communication, text messages, and phone calls while providing accurate information for dispatching the appropriate department(s) during events.
• Monitor and manage physical security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to real time emergency situations, such as breaches, alarms, or guest incidents.
• Ensure security officers are trained to utilize 24/7 Software to document all incidents and dispatch resources as needed.
• Conduct regular roving patrols to inspect doors, gates, locks, and other physical barriers to ensure integrity and functionality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security equipment.
• Assist in the development of security policies and procedures, including training Qualifications.
