Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a 2nd shift lead security officer to supervise operations at the designated site. You will manage a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate training and performance coaching to maintain high security standards.

The role emphasizes incident response, customer service, and accurate reporting while supporting a safe, professional work environment for staff and clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the shift.
• Report to Marksman / Titan Management.
• Ensure client site is provided with high quality security services.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through coaching and training.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Train and qualify to work assigned posts and adhere to post instructions.
• Maintain access control procedures and use CCTV as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while on duty.
