Legends Global is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to support security operations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater. You will lead during events, supervise staff, coordinate with law enforcement, and ensure patron and employee safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or five years in security with supervisory experience, plus strong communication and incident response skills. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and on-call duties is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum five years of related security experience.
• Minimum of five years in event security with supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and public safety agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate building and event security operations.
• Lead during concerts, sporting events, and other live events; supervise staff and posts.
• Assist with event security planning, staffing, patron screening, and access control.
• Schedule security personnel and dispatch resources for events and daily ops.
• Respond to incidents; coordinate with police, fire/EMS, and other agencies as needed.
• Oversee emergency procedures, training, and facility safety inspections.
