Titan Security is seeking a proactive Security Shift Supervisor to manage shift operations for a large corporate campus. You will lead on-duty officers, enforce access control, and maintain high security and customer service standards across the site.

The role reports to the Security Director and requires a High School diploma or GED, 3 years security experience, and a valid security license where required. Schedule: Sat/Sun 12:00am-12:00pm; Thu/Fri 12:00am-8:00am.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3+ years as security officer or related experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; bi-lingual a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-duty security officers; ensure adherence to post orders and safety protocols.
• Manage access control, badging, visitor management, and CCTV networks.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols; respond to emergencies and incidents.
