Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take phone or in-person orders following hotel standards.
• Know menus and ingredients to answer guest inquiries.
• Set up trays and tables with condiments and service needs.
• Serve food and beverages maintaining correct temperatures.
• Be attentive to guest needs from start to finish.
• Communicate courteously with guests and team members.
• Assist in lounge, restaurant, and banquets operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance and uniform; wear non-slip shoes.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols; work a flexible schedule.
