Courtyard by Marriott in Cary, NC is seeking a part-time server to take food and beverage orders, both in person and by phone, and to ensure timely, accurate service. The role involves knowledge of menus, proper setup, and delivering orders with care.

The server will work within the Food & Beverage team, maintaining a clean dining area, adhering to hotel standards, and supporting guest satisfaction and department goals. Training in Marriott programs will be provided.

Formación

• Able to carry trays and serve smoothly.
• Follows directions from supervisors and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Take phone or in-person orders following hotel standards.
• Know basic menus and ingredients to answer guest questions.
• Set up trays and tables with condiments and utensils.
• Serve food and beverages maintaining proper temperatures.
• Be attentive to guest needs throughout service.
• Maintain a neat, clean dining area and professional appearance.
