Winwood Hospitality Group is seeking a Bistro Cook in Cary, NC for a part-time, flexible shift. The role focuses on preparing and serving dishes, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining kitchen standards. You will assist with inventory, food safety, and collaboration with hotel departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The position emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and adaptability to meet guest needs while upholding brand standards in a hotel environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED is desired but not essential.
• Previous related experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning service or supervision is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare various food items and meals for the restaurant and catered functions.
• Oversee food cost and portion control without sacrificing quality.
• Creatively accommodate special requests from guests.
• Ensure food deliveries are timely, accurate and meet presentation standards.
• Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Maintain and enforce sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork across departments.
• Seek opportunities to exceed guest and team member expectations.
• Maintain safety and security at all times.
