Responsibilities

• Take phone or in-person orders per hotel standards.
• Know basic menus and ingredients to answer guest questions.
• Set up trays and tables with condiments and accompaniments.
• Serve food and beverages maintaining proper temperatures.
• Be attentive to guest needs from start to finish of service.
• Demonstrate courteous communication with guests and staff.
• Assist in lounge, restaurant, and banquets as needed.
• Maintain uniform and appearance per hotel standards.
