Job summary

Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd. is seeking a Bistro Server to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This PM shift role supports food and beverage prep and service for guests in a fast-paced Courtyard by Marriott setting.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with strong communication, a passion for guest service, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a neat, professional appearance. Training is provided and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and customer specifications
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials;
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner;
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times;
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations;
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment.
