• Ability to pass alcohol service and sanitation trainings (TIPS, ServeSafe).

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing programs to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Develop and administer customer service training for staff; support VIP guests and events.
• Manage outlets to maintain standards and profitability while controlling costs.
• Schedule staff to maximize service levels and productivity.
• Counsel, train, and guide assigned personnel in their duties.
• Oversee menus and wine lists; promote restaurant/beverage programs.
• Monitor promotions and disseminated pre-shift information for staff.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and take corrective action.
• Participate in training and travel as required; maintain inventories.
