Wind Creek Atmore is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead restaurant and beverage teams, ensuring guest service excellence and supporting casino initiatives across the property.

This role emphasizes cost control, scheduling, training, and menu development, with requirement of 21+ years old and relevant experience or an associate degree. Flexible hours and mobility within outlets are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED; or currently enrolled for GED completion within 6 months.
• Associate’s Degree in Related field is required.
• Two years of F&B supervisory experience is required.
• OR One year as Dual-Rate Supervisor in Wind Creek Hospitality F&B.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing programs to improve operations and revenue.
• Help develop customer service training and VIP guest support.
• Develop and administer cost controls and scheduling for outlets.
• Counsel and train assigned personnel in duties.
• Work with POS and attendance systems and document procedures.
