Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 21+.
• Two years Casino Marketing or VIP Services experience.
• Able to obtain Tribal Gaming License.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service to promote VIP growth.
• Coordinate reservations and special requests for VIP guests.
• Promote Wind Creek Rewards program and benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest accounts.
• Assist in VIP promotions and events.
