Qualifikationen

• Two years’ Food and/or Beverage Supervisory experience required OR One year as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a Wind Creek Hospitality F&B Department required.
• Must have knowledge of food products and service techniques; familiar with financial data and cost control techniques.
• Ability to use computer-based time and attendance and Micros POS systems; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing programs to improve operations and revenue while controlling costs.
• Develop and administer guest service training for restaurant/beverage teams; support VIP guests and events.
• Manage scheduling to ensure high service levels and productivity; supervise assigned staff.
• Guide and train personnel in duties; oversee menu and wine list development as requested.
• Coordinate multiple tasks and analyze data for reports; ensure proper documentation and compliance.
