Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete GED within 6 months
• Associate’s Degree in Related field required
• Two (2) years’ Food and/or Beverage Supervisory experience required
• Two (2) years’ experience in Wind Creek Hospitality F&B Department preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Experience in multi-shift, complex organizations; strong problem solving and decision making ability
• Familiarity with financial data and cost control techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with time-keeping and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing programs to improve operations, guest interaction, costs, or revenue
• Develop and deliver customer service training for VIP guests and events
• Help control costs and manage budgets and staffing for profitability
• Schedule to ensure high service levels and productivity
• Train and guide assigned staff in proper duties
• Work with both manual and automated systems and document procedures
• Address guest complaints promptly and take corrective action
• Oversee staffing changes and recommendations for hiring and promotions
• Assist in menu and wine list development as requested
• Promote restaurant/beverage areas and the property through new methods and programs
• Review promotions, menus, and daily communications to stay informed
• Handle special projects as directed by supervisor
• Ensure timely performance evaluations and inventory management
• Comply with all policies and maintain standards
