Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 in-home behavioral intervention for children aged 2–15. The role collaborates with BCBA professionals to implement treatment plans and collect progress data in a home setting.

Flexible part-time/evening hours and paid training are offered to help you grow with the team while making a positive impact on families dealing with autism spectrum challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
