Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Passenger Assistant at our El Paso airport location. The role focuses on helping passengers, especially those with special needs, with check-in, boarding, and movement through the terminal.

This position is on-site with an evening shift from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and offers benefits as described. You will work in a team-oriented environment, provide courteous service, ensure safety, assist with mobility, luggage, and directions, and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to assist passengers and push wheelchairs.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• FAA/TSA credentials eligibility as applicable.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas.
• Assist passengers with mobility and wheelchairs.
• Guide through security checkpoints and customs.
• Offer information on facilities, gates, services.
• Help with luggage and intra-airport movement.
• Support boarding and deplaning procedures.
• Collaborate with airline staff to meet passenger needs.
• Maintain friendly, professional demeanor.
• Respond to inquiries and manage queues.
• Stay informed on flight schedules and gate changes.
