Job summary

Atlas Copco IAS LLC seeks a Technical Service & Business Development Manager Specialist to serve as the primary local technical and commercial representative within customer facilities. You will execute Service Agreements, grow revenue, and promote the full Atlas Copco IAS portfolio through services, spare parts, repairs, software, retrofits, training, and new equipment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Atlas Copco IAS technical or service experience.
• Strong understanding of Atlas Copco IAS products, technologies, and applications.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience.
• Business development and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute obligations under assigned Service Agreements and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and develop opportunities across service, parts, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
• Support customer strategy and account development with sales teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and document in CRM.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot as the local technical resource.
