Job summary

Atlas Copco IAS is seeking a Technical Service & Business Development Manager Specialist to serve as the primary local technical and commercial representative within assigned customer facilities in Michigan. You will execute Service Agreements, grow revenue across the IAS portfolio, and act as a trusted advisor to maintenance, engineering, and plant leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Atlas Copco IAS technical or service experience.
• Strong understanding of Atlas Copco IAS products, technologies, and applications.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience.
• Business development and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute all obligations under assigned Service Agreements.
• Support customer production needs and maintain plant-level relationships.
• Manage and track open service issues, repairs, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Service Ops, Repair Centers, and Inside Sales to meet commitments.
• Deliver monthly operational reviews and KPI reporting.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, develop, and support opportunities across service offerings and new equipment.
