Job summary

Atlas Copco IAS is seeking a Technical Service & Business Development Manager Specialist in Michigan to serve as the primary local technical and commercial representative within assigned customer facilities. You will execute Service Agreements, drive growth opportunities, and advise maintenance, engineering, and plant leadership.

You will build relationships, manage service issues, lead pipeline development, and support sales teams with technical guidance across the portfolio, including

Responsibilities

• Contract Execution & Customer Support: Execute all obligations of Service Agreements, support production needs, manage open service issues, coordinate with operations, deliver monthly reviews, drive satisfaction and retention.
• Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and support opportunities across services, spare parts, repairs, retrofits, software and training.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the local Atlas Copco IAS representative, build relationships, conduct plant walks, uncover pain points, promote capabilities, support account development.
• Pipeline Management & Opportunity Development: Maintain active pipeline, document opportunities in CRM, provide monthly updates, generate leads, collaborate with teams to convert opportunities into orders.
• Technical Leadership & Product Advocacy: Serve as technical resource, provide guidance, support product implementations, educate customers, communicate market feedback.
