Job summary

Lucid Motors in San Jose is seeking a Sales Specialist to guide customers from initial contact through delivery. You will build a robust pipeline, coordinate financing steps, and ensure a seamless buying experience.

This role offers a guaranteed base of $25 per hour with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential in a dynamic, premium electric-vehicle environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong communication skills in English, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in commission-based environments.
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assess needs with targeted questions.
• Explain Lucid products and tailor solutions for customers.
• Manage end-to-end order to delivery process including financing guidance.
• Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams.
• Conduct test drives and highlight key selling points.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build relationships.
