Lucid Motors in Newport Beach is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Studio to guide customers from inquiry to vehicle delivery. You will manage the sales process, provide product expertise, and coordinate financing, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience. Strong communication and a drive to exceed targets are essential.

The role offers a guaranteed hourly wage and uncapped commissions, with weekly payouts. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience in commission-based environments.
• Experience in retail automotive sales/desking preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers and guide them through the Lucid sales journey.
• Facilitate transactions, financing, and paperwork for delivery.
• Present Lucid products, pricing, and packages clearly.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and CRM data quality.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
