You will earn a guaranteed hourly wage with uncapped commissions, with flexible retail scheduling and close collaboration with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless, personalized customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a commission-based environment.
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience is highly desired.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assess needs to tailor Lucid product solutions.
• Describe Lucid products, pricing, and packages while educating customers on why Lucid.
• Manage end-to-end order to delivery process, including financing questions.
