Job summary

Rivian in Maryland is seeking a Service Production Supervisor to be the in‑shop quarterback, directing vehicle flow, mentoring technicians, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience that gets owners back on their adventures.

You will own the daily production rhythm, prioritize workloads, coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors, monitor KPIs, and maintain a safe, efficient workshop aligned with Rivian’s standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized credential preferred
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems including high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, and infotainment domains.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization in a service or production setting.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools, including dealership management systems (DMS), repair order tracking, and diagnostic software.
