Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Seattle to provide exceptional customer service throughout the service journey. You will greet clients, document concerns for diagnosis, explain options, and coordinate vehicle flow with technicians to ensure quality repairs.

You will track work orders, manage loaners, and secure signatures and payments while maintaining Lucid’s high standards and CSI metrics across busy periods.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years previous automotive experience and training in a Service Advisor or Front of House customer facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to articulate and document details to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ability to tailor and explain automotive terminology and concepts to customers across varying levels of automotive knowledge.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have 3 years' license experience and complete Lucid Training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the service process.
• Greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns for diagnosis and repair, explain options with time and cost estimates.
• Track client vehicles through maintenance and repair, ensure work meets Lucid standards.
• Review and revise work orders with accurate documentation and time punches.
• Coordinate loaner agreements and assist with transportation arrangements as needed.
• Obtain customer signatures for service authorization and payment for customer pay repairs.
• Address warranty claim rejections promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with daily front-of-house duties including answering calls and routing inquiries.
