Job summary

Lucid Motors in Miami is seeking a Supervisor, Service Center to lead the service team, drive customer experience, and ensure timely vehicle repairs. You will develop technicians and advisors, manage work orders and schedules, and partner with HR to resolve issues while upholding Lucid’s high-performance service standards in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Automotive service experience with KPI understanding (CSI, repair time, days down).
Learning agility and willingness to take on more responsibility.
Ability to review processes and implement improvements.
Strong collaboration, motivation, and leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop service team members and daily service operations.
Evaluate performance and provide ongoing feedback to drive results.
Assist in training and development of service staff and ensure timely staffing.
Ensure high Lucid customer experience and professional relationships with clients/vendors.
Oversee timecards, schedules, and workflow; address client concerns promptly.
Perform quality checks on vehicles after repairs and ensure compliance with standards.
