Job summary

Lucid Motors in Chicago seeks a Service Advisor for the 2nd shift to deliver outstanding customer experiences during the service lifecycle. You will greet clients, discuss repair options, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate documentation and timely service completion.

Responsibilities include vehicle check-in, damage documentation, loaner coordination, and invoice explanations. You will help maintain high CSI and ensure work meets Lucid’s quality standards throughout the service

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Service Advisor or front-of-house role
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient demeanor
• Able to document details clearly for smooth workflow
• Able to explain automotive terminology to customers

Responsibilities

• Inform clients throughout the service experience from start to handover
• Inspect customer vehicles and document damage or wear
• Process check-in for new vehicles and note transport damage
• Coordinate loaner and Lyft arrangements as needed
• Maintain CSI KPI by ensuring customer satisfaction
• Review work orders with technicians for accurate time punches
• Address warranty claim rejections promptly
• Obtain client signatures and collect payment for repairs
• Explain invoices to customers to ensure understanding
• Answer calls and greet clients; serve as last QC step
• Other duties as assigned
