Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor in New Jersey to elevate the customer experience at service locations. You will blend technical insight with strong communication as you assist customers with service needs and coordinate with Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role in automotive (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote team understanding of company vision and goals.
• Support management in planning and launching new Service centers.
• Utilize training methods to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Encourage team members to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Answer calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns promptly.
• Communicate estimated completion times and provide regular updates to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure service and repairs are correct.
• Lead continuous improvement activities as needed.
