Job summary

Rivian in Ohio seeks a Service Advisor to elevate the customer experience at our service locations, combining technical know-how with strong service skills. You will work with Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing to support service needs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized credential preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing role or similar in automotive.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Flexible and responsive to changing conditions with patience and empathy.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with high energy and excellent customer service; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Promote team understanding of company vision and goals.
• Support planning and execution of launching Service centers.
• Use diverse training methods to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Encourage team to deliver top-notch customer experience.
• Answer calls, emails, and drive-ins with rapid, accurate responses.
• Translate customer-reported issues into actionable work orders for technicians.
