Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Able to work a 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in customer-facing roles valued; automotive service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Listen to concerns, document accurately, set clear visit expectations.
• Translate technician notes into simple, owner-friendly explanations.
• Proactively communicate updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service activities.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices clearly.
