Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Center Supervisor to oversee daily service operations, manage advisors and technicians, and ensure the best customer experience possible. The role focuses on front-end customer facing activities and back-end technician coordination with a path toward management.

The ideal candidate has automotive service experience, strong KPI understanding, learning agility, and a drive to develop a world-class service team.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience with KPI understanding (CSI, repair times, downtime).
• Learning agility to take on more responsibility and move toward management.
• Willingness to assist on repairs as needed.
• Strong collaboration, motivation, and leadership of teams and vendors.
• Experience with customer service excellence and process improvement.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Service Team and day-to-day service operations.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to drive results.
• Participate in training and development of service employees.
• Support and follow up on training initiatives.
• Ensure high level of Lucid customer experience and strong client/vendor relationships.
• Manage timecards and schedules for service center staff.
• Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Develop knowledge of industry standards and ensure compliance.
• Oversee repairs to ensure timely vehicle return.
• Provide ongoing guidance and development to team.
• Perform quality control checks on vehicles post-repair.
• Understand Lucid Motors mission and contribute to the supervisor role.
• Contribute to administrative tasks as needed.
