Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician for our new Los Angeles site to deliver outstanding service at our growing facility. You will greet clients, document concerns, coordinate with technicians, and communicate options and estimates.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer communication, and maintaining Lucid’s high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time position at the new site, requiring weekend availability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Service Advisor or front-of-house role.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Able to explain automotive concepts to customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure excellent service experience.
• Consult with technicians and document client concerns.
• Explain service options including time and cost estimates.
• Track vehicles through maintenance and repair.
• Ensure work meets Lucid's quality standards.
• Obtain signatures and process invoices via DocuSign.
• Address warranty claim rejections.
• Coordinate loaner agreements and Lyft rides.
• Review and revise work orders with exact time punches.
• Assist with payments for customer repairs.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Perform last quality control check before handover.
• Other duties as assigned.
