Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be self-directed with excellent organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA compliance required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and IBM Lotus Notes. Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the service business in the assigned region, set goals, meet targets, control costs and maximize profit.
• Oversee daily operations of a team of Service Technicians and provide leadership and training.
• Plan workload and provide technical support to technicians and customers.
• Interview, hire and orient new employees; improve daily administrative routines.
