Job summary

The role requires a BS in engineering, 5+ years of automotive experience with key customers, and knowledge of plastic fasteners. Travel is minimal, with focus in the Bay Area and West Coast market.

Qualifications

• BS from an accredited four-year college or university, engineering discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience with key customer responsibility in the automotive sector.
• Automotive industry experience required.
• Knowledge of plastic fasteners preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key account manager for Bay Area automotive and other OEM manufacturers in the region.
• Coordinate and align domestically and globally for relevant opportunities as required.
• Expand HellermannTyton's position in low-voltage and high-voltage vehicle electrification systems and fluid routing opportunities.
• Attend and lead select customer-facing meetings to drive opportunities to specify HellermannTyton’s products.
• Work with customer engineering teams to assess standard plastic fasteners/clips for wiring harnesses and fluid routings.
