Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to support a major Automotive customer from the West Coast Bay Area. The role focuses on driving design wins, managing the global account, and coordinating with field applications and product teams to promote Amphenol interconnect products.

You will lead sales initiatives, develop new prospects, and travel up to 40% domestically, with international travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of field sales and applications experience, or related sales experience in interconnect/electromechanical components.
• Knowledge of interconnect solutions industry; lighting experience a plus.
• Knowledge of international business practices is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide sales leadership and work closely with Field Applications Engineer and Business Units.
• Promote and sell Amphenol products to the named customer and develop new prospects.
• Manage relationships with key customer and drive activity across a global sales channel.
• Identify interconnect opportunities and work with the customer's engineering team to design in new products.
• Develop and implement sales plans and growth strategy.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas via new design wins and channel management.
• Support technical aspects of the sales cycle and provide customer service for issues.
