Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in automotive service and repair.
• 3+ years of experience working on high voltage electric vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between service repair facilities and engineering teams.
• Provide on-site assistance to service repair facilities.
• Track and communicate in-field issue resolution.
