Zero Impact Energy Group in Santa Ana, CA seeks an energetic Telemarketer to drive sales of EV charging and renewable energy solutions. You will conduct high-volume calls, articulate incentives, and work with internal tools to prepare proposals and contracts.

The role is hourly with commission, requiring strong communication, persistence, and the ability to explain a complex business model to prospects across four states. Prior telemarketing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume calls.
• Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through high-volume calls and outreach.
• Explain benefits of EV charging and renewable energy products to prospects.
• Present proposals, contracts, and case studies to clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and close sales where possible.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
