Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a results-driven Telemarketer to drive outbound sales for EV charging products across four states. You will articulate complex incentives and rebates, work with internal tools to generate proposals, contracts, and case studies, and manage routine CRM updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Telemarketer.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; calm under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking and goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to make cold calls to potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls and outbound sales calls to identify prospects in EV charging and renewable energy.
• Communicate benefits, incentives, rebates, and revenues of products to prospects.
• Present and promote company products via phone, email, meetings, and sales materials.
• Develop opportunities from initial contact through close with proposals and contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data; prepare reports for management.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive service and follow-ups.
• Create sales collateral and training materials; share case studies and model scenarios.
• Source referrals and attend sales events to expand the customer base.
• Monitor market conditions, competitors, and industry trends.
