Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) software and Google Workspace.
• Ability to halt production lines or shipments if quality standards or safety protocols are compromised.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across supply chain, production, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes and finished products comply with internal standards and external regulations.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality deviations.
• Conduct regular internal quality audits of the production floor and support external audits.
• Track KPIs and prepare daily and weekly quality reports for management.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve consistency.
