Job summary

Harbinger, an American EV company in California, seeks a Team Lead to guide a production zone and ensure achievement of targets. You will lead daily start-of-shift huddles, optimize staffing, and coach operators across stations to meet safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Supervisors and management to implement continuous improvement and efficient line operations, including takt time and cycle time awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or shop-floor operations.
• Experience with OEM or Tier-1 suppliers.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to lead 5S and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities, provide clear goals, and deliver feedback.
• Oversee zonal staffing, ensure proper headcount, and escalate gaps.
• Mentor and develop team members to grow skills.
• Track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to management.
