Job summary

Harbinger in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality control team on the factory floor and ensure products meet Harbinger standards and regulatory requirements.

You will bridge floor inspections with strategic quality initiatives, directing root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and KPI tracking while collaborating with engineering and production to drive Lean/Six Sigma efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• At least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in QMS software and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet internal standards and regulations.
• Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and deviations.
• Support internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Track KPIs such as MRB rates, defect rates, and first-pass yield.
• Collaborate with engineering and production on Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
