Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Advisor IV to own the customer journey across in-person and digital touchpoints, educating customers and driving brand loyalty in a high-performance culture. You will demo vehicles, qualify leads, and build long-lasting relationships while supporting Rivian’s retail activations and events.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in sales or related fields, strong English communication, and a willingness to travel for events and market launches.

Qualifications

• Record of high-velocity customer engagement from prospecting to closing.
• Experience with premium brands and direct-to-consumer models a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state you will operate in.
• Willingness to travel to support events and launches.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs such as demo drive volume and conversion.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences across in-person, phone, text and email channels.
• Build and manage a healthy customer pipeline with high-touch, responsive service.
• Host and support retail activations and events to connect with Rivian’s community.
