Job summary

Ever is seeking an Inventory and Merchandising Manager to own the digital inventory and listing workflow for used EVs. This remote role collaborates with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations teams across locations to ensure accurate vehicle data, photos, and live listings.

You will maintain listing standards, resolve issues delaying live publication, and leverage SQL or data tools to monitor accuracy and improve syndication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or digital merchandising.
• Knowledge of EV makes, trims, range and battery details.
• Experience with dealer inventory or merchandising platforms (e.g., vAuto).
• Ability to reconcile records by VIN using spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and remote coordination.
• Clear written communication across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate listing workflow from arrival to publication; fix blockers.
• Review photos for angles and clarity; request retakes.
• Create and audit listings by VIN with trim, mileage, features.
• Keep inventory status accurate across systems and transfers.
• Monitor listings on Ever and third-party sites; fix issues.
• Track aged units and escalate pricing or disposition when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and report on timing and data.
• Collaborate with cross-location teams on inventory projects.
