Job summary

Ever is seeking an Inventory and Merchandising Manager to own the digital inventory and merchandising workflow for used EVs. You will coordinate with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations to ensure accurate listings and timely publication from a remote location.

You will maintain listing standards across Ever's site and marketplaces, review VIN data, and resolve blockers, with opportunities to grow into pricing or wholesale as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or digital merchandising.
• Experience reconciling VIN data in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with EV specs and trims.
• Ability to coordinate across remote teams.
• Experience with listing platforms and feeds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the listing workflow from arrival to publication and track blockers.
• Review photos for angles, clarity, and consistency; request retakes.
• Create and audit listings by VIN with accurate vehicle data.
• Maintain accurate vehicle status in inventory systems.
• Monitor listings on Ever and third-party marketplaces for issues.
• Identify listing or data issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with multi-location teams to improve handoffs.
