Job summary

Ever is seeking an Inventory and Merchandising Manager to own the digital inventory and listing workflow for used EVs. You’ll collaborate with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations remotely to ensure accurate listings across Ever’s site and marketplaces.

Responsibilities include reviewing photos, auditing VIN-based details, and maintaining consistent listing standards. This role combines data accuracy with cross-location teamwork in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with used-vehicle inventory and digital merchandising.
• Ability to reconcile vehicle records by VIN using spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with listing platforms like vAuto or similar systems.
• Attention to detail and strong written coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the listing workflow from arrival through publication; track blockers and fixes.
• Review photos for angles, clarity, and consistency with vehicle records; request retakes.
• Create and audit listings by VIN; verify trim, mileage, features, and EV details.
• Maintain accurate vehicle status in inventory systems; handle transfers and relistings.
• Monitor site and third-party marketplaces; fix missing photos and syndication errors.
• Flag data issues to owners and support pricing or disposition decisions.
• Report on listing timeliness, photo completeness, and data accuracy.
